See Beyond is the leader in online training for The COACH Workshop®. We offer 4-6 online workshops each year. Sometimes, these workshops are done in-house for the staff of one specific organization. We limit the size of our workshops in order to increase interaction and learning. See Beyond has trained more than 270 participants in coaching skills.

What are the advantages to training coaching skills online?

We believe that we are seeing better outcomes in the online training. Since it’s online, we only do two sessions a day, only covering 2-3 skills per day. As a result, when you are finished, you still have the rest of the day to live your normal life and practice the skills you just learned in your everyday experiences. Participants in online trainings are getting more practice and, thus, finish the training with stronger skill sets than those who do the on-site events.
