Coaching is not a new program or another thing to add to your already busy schedule. It is an approach to interacting. It’s a more effective way of leading.
The course is very practical and interactive, with lots of skills practice built in. It’s not a lecture.
Based on the book, The COACH Model for Leaders, this workshop is designed for Christians who are experienced as well as those who are not-so-experienced in coaching skills.
Over the course of 6 half-days, you will become familiar with the COACH Model® and use it to coach other participants. By the end of the course, you will have the skills and the confidence to use coaching in your work and home contexts.

How to listen actively so others feel you understand them.
How to ask powerful questions that initiate a change of thinking.
How to generate feedback that avoids defensiveness.
How to design action steps that will actually be accomplished.

Rod, PCC, and his wife have lived and worked overseas for18 years with their 3 daughters. He is passionate about coaching, as it provides a powerful framework of coming alongside, listening, and enabling people to move forward. He enjoys partnering in the growth and development of leaders, those in transition, and other fellow life-long learners. He received his coach training through Creative Results Management and is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. He has a Master's Degree in Adult Learning & Organizational Leadership.
Claire, ACC, loves the opportunity coaching provides to come alongside others and be a part of their journey of growth and greater well-being, whether they are a colleague, client, family member or friend. She is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. Claire has been coaching professionally for six years. She grew up in the Netherlands with Irish/English parents and worked in international development cooperation for government and non-profits in Africa and Europe for 10 years. She mainly works with creative entrepreneurs, non-profit professionals, and people experiencing major life or career transitions. She works in both Dutch and English and is currently based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with her husband, Nate.
Costs and Payment:
Early registration: (by March 27, 2019) $349 USD
Standard registration: (by April 10, 2019) $399 USD
You will receive an invoice from See Beyond, typically within 2 business days, which you may pay with any international credit card. The price includes a $50 non-refundable deposit. Once you are invoiced, you need to pay your $50 non-refundable deposit in order to hold your place. Full payment is needed by the registration deadlines listed above in order to secure your place at the listed rate.

Please read "The Coach Model" book by Keith Webb before attending. Doing so will greatly enhance your learning and skill development during our workshop. You can find it here.
Participants can upgrade their training experience to the Coaching Workshop Certificate Program and continue training to earn a professional coach credential. The Coaching Workshop can be Upgraded for $450 after taking the workshop. Upgrades include 21 International Coach Federation training credits and other bonus materials.
