The course is very practical and interactive, with lots of skills practice built in. It’s not a lecture.
Based on the book, The COACH Model for Leaders, this workshop is designed for Christians who are experienced, as well as for those who are not-so-experienced in coaching skills.
Over the course of our three days together, you will become familiar with the COACH Model® and use it to coach other participants. By the end of the course, you will have the skills and the confidence to use coaching in your work and home contexts.

Costs and Payment:

Standard registration (Full payment due by February 13, 2019) $399 USD
You will receive an invoice from See Beyond, typically within 2 business days, which you may pay with any international credit card. The price includes a $50 non-refundable deposit. Once you are invoiced, you need to pay your $50 non-refundable deposit in order to hold your place. Full payment is needed by the registration deadlines listed above in order to secure your place at the listed rate.
Lodging, food, and transportation are additional costs. The location has not yet been finalized.

Expect the hotel to cost about 120 TND/night - full board. Plus 30 TND/night additional for a single room.

Participants can upgrade their training experience to the Coaching Workshop Certificate Program and continue training to earn a professional coach credential. The Coaching Workshop can be upgraded for $450 after taking the workshop. Upgrades include 21 International Coach Federation training credits and other bonus materials.
